These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of innatabeauty.com (the "Site") and the products, content, features, and services made available through the Site. The Site is operated by Skybelnet Corp., doing business under the brand INNATA BEAUTY ("Innata Beauty," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account if available, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy & Cookies Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever age is required for you to enter into a binding contract, to make a purchase through the Site. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

2. Cosmetic Product Information

Innata Beauty offers cosmetic and beauty products. Product descriptions, shade names, photographs, swatches, videos, tutorials, and other product content are provided to help customers evaluate our products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and shades accurately. However, appearance may vary because of device settings, screen calibration, lighting, photography, camera settings, application technique, skin tone, undertone, skin type, and other individual characteristics. Digital images and swatches are guidance only and do not guarantee an identical appearance on every person.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Site content is for cosmetic and general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always review product labels, ingredient lists, directions, and warnings before use. If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, product unavailability, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, misuse of promotions, unusually large quantities, suspected diversion, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice, subject to applicable law. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be disclosed before completion of the transaction when required.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments and other payment methods made available through Shopify. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction or location.

If a pricing, promotional, descriptive, or technical error occurs, we may correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders placed directly through the Site are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Products purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another retailer or marketplace are generally subject to the shipping, return, refund, and customer-service procedures of the purchase channel through which the transaction was made.

6. Third-Party Marketplaces and International Availability

Innata Beauty products may be sold through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon. A marketplace may independently make Innata Beauty products available for shipment to countries or territories that innatabeauty.com does not directly service.

Transactions completed through a third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s terms, shipping availability, import procedures, duties, taxes, return rules, and customer-service processes. The availability of an Innata Beauty product through a marketplace in a country does not necessarily mean Innata Beauty directly operates or ships through innatabeauty.com in that jurisdiction.

7. Personal Use and Unauthorized Resale

Unless Innata Beauty has expressly authorized you in writing as a reseller or distributor, products purchased through the Site are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale.

You may not use the Site to purchase products for unauthorized resale, diversion, or commercial listing on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, or similar channels. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized resale, diversion, fraud, or abuse, subject to applicable law.

8. Accounts and Security

If account functionality is available, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify us promptly at info@innatabeauty.com if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Promotions and Offers

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, gifts with purchase, promotional offers, giveaways, sweepstakes, or similar programs. Additional terms or Official Rules may apply and will be presented with the applicable offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value, may not be combined, and may be modified or terminated as permitted by law.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

The Site may allow you to submit ratings, reviews, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, or other content ("User Content"). You represent that User Content you submit is truthful, based on your genuine experience where applicable, and does not violate law or third-party rights.

You may not submit fake or misleading reviews, impersonate another person, conceal a material connection where disclosure is legally required, or submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content. We may moderate, decline, or remove User Content for legitimate reasons, but we will not condition publication or incentives on a review being positive or suppress legitimate negative reviews merely because they are negative.

By voluntarily submitting User Content directly to Innata Beauty for publication, you grant Innata Beauty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting Innata Beauty, subject to applicable law and our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, product names, product designs, logos, icons, layouts, software, trade dress, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Skybelnet Corp. and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

"Innata Beauty," associated logos, product names, product packaging, and trade dress may constitute trademarks or other proprietary rights of Skybelnet Corp., including rights that may be pending registration. Except as expressly permitted by law or these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written authorization.

12. Limited License and Prohibited Conduct

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes.

You may not use the Site to violate law; compromise Site security; introduce malicious code; access systems or accounts without authorization; submit fraudulent orders, reviews, or claims; misuse promotions or refunds; impersonate others; infringe intellectual-property rights; scrape or systematically extract Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes; or materially interfere with the Site or another user’s enjoyment of it.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment processors, social networks, analytics providers, shipping providers, marketplaces, and technology vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, skybelnet corp., innata beauty, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to use of the site or services. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skybelnet Corp., Innata Beauty, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, material violation of these Terms, or User Content submitted by you that violates another person’s rights.

18. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before starting arbitration, the party asserting a dispute must send the other party a written notice describing the nature and basis of the dispute and the requested relief. Notices to Innata Beauty must be sent to info@innatabeauty.com with the subject line "Legal Dispute Notice." The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt of a complete notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Binding Individual Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Except for matters eligible for small claims court and claims seeking appropriate injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property rights, and except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Skybelnet Corp. agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, services, or purchases from Innata Beauty will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than in court.

Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision to the extent applicable. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would be available in court, subject to limitations permitted by applicable law.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and skybelnet corp. Agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Where valid and enforceable, you and skybelnet corp. Waive the right to a jury trial for disputes covered by this arbitration agreement.

30-Day Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@innatabeauty.com within 30 days after the date you first become subject to these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email address associated with your account or purchase, a clear statement that you opt out of the Innata Beauty arbitration agreement, and sufficient information for us to identify your relationship with Innata Beauty. Opting out does not affect the remainder of these Terms.

20. Governing Law and Forum

Except where federal law controls or applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you and Skybelnet Corp. consent to the jurisdiction of appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Orange County, Florida, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right to another forum.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, Site, products, services, technology, or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date identifies the current version. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change becomes applicable.

22. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement governing use of the Site except where separate written terms apply to a specific promotion or transaction.
